PUBLIC NOTICE TOWNSHIP OF OCEAN Planning Board PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: That Lou Barry has applied to Township of Ocean Planning Board for minor subdivision approval to subdivide the current lot 12 into three new conforming lots (proposed lots 12.01, 12.02, and 12.03) with a single family home to be constructed on each new proposed lot. This property is located in the PV zone at 110 Jones Road, Ocean Township, NJ 08758, also known as Block 23, Lot 12 as shown on the official tax map of Township of Ocean. The Applicant seeks the following variances and/or design waivers for relief from the following requirements: Applicant proposes to construct along a currently semi-improved extension of Jones Road, whereas per section 410-35C, every principal building shall be built upon a lot with frontage upon an improved street. The applicant may seek additional variances and/or waivers and exceptions or interpretations as required by law or Township of Ocean Planning Board including but not limited for re-approval and/or reaffirmation of any and all other relief that may have been granted in any prior applications. This application will be heard by Township of Ocean Planning Board at a public meeting on August 6, 2026 in the Municipal Building at 50 Railroad Avenue, Waretown, NJ 08758. The meeting will commence at 6:00 P.M. at which time you may appear either in person or by an attorney and present any objection or questions you may have to the granting of this application.
