Public Notice - Township of Saddle Brook - Zoning Board of Adjustment
Please take notice that a public hearing before the Saddle Brook Zoning Board of Adjustment has been ordered for December 1, 2025 at 7:00 pm at the Saddle Brook Municipal Complex, 55 Mayhill Street, Saddle Brook NJ, on appeal or application for development of the undersigned for a variation from the requirements of the Zoning Ordinance so as to permit a second level addition over the existing dwelling footprint as well as floor plan modifications for a monther/daughter layout. In addition the applicant is proposing a covered porch and is converting the existing garage to a family room. These proposed changes require the following variances: Minimum Front yard (8 Feet Required / 5.7 Existing and proposed); Minimum Rear yard (20 Feet Required / 3.88 Feet Existing and proposed); Minimum Parking (4 spaces required / 4 spaces exsiting and 3 spaces are proposed); Open Front Porch (20 feet is required / 19 feet is being proposed) and any other variances deemed necessary by the Zoning Board of Adjustment. This is for the property located at 175 Hayes Drive, Saddle Brook NJ and designated as Block 1714, Lot 1 on the Township's tax map.
In addition, the applicant will seek such other and further variances, permits, approvals and/or waivers as the Zoning Board of Adjustment may determine are required at the time of the hearing. A copy of the application is on file with the zoning board secretary, Saddle Brook Municipal Complex, 55 Mayhill Street, Saddle Brook, NJ and available for inspection during normal business hours.
Any interested party may appear at said hearing and particiapte therein in accorance with the rules of the Saddle Brook Zoning Board of Adjustment.
