PUBLIC NOTICE - TOWNSHIP OF TEANECK PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held of January 8, 2026 at 7pm in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building, Teaneck, New Jersey: whereapon the Board of Adjustment of the Township of Teaneck will consider the following application: 1. Nature of Relief Sought - 1)Solid Front Yard Fence(Cedar Wood) along front side yard to match existing fence where variance was granted in 2012 of 4ft height for 20ft length, transitioning to 6ft height. 2) Expand gravel parking area in front yard to allow for parking and the ability to turn around as property is located on a busy County road.
