Public Notice Wayne Zoning Board of Adjustment PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the undersigned has applied to the Township of Wayne, Passaic County, NJ, Zoning Board of Adjustment. Project Description: 43 Moiyas Road, Lot 5, Block 4507 seeking site plan and variance approval for the construction of a new single family dwelling on Lot 5,Block 4507 seeking relief from Ordinance section 134-35.2, regarding front yard setback where 50 feet is required and 35 feet is proposed. The applicant also requests any and all other necessary variances, waivers, design standard exceptions or other relief from the Township of Wayne Land Development Ordinance as may be deemed necessary for this application. The subject property is located at 43 Moiyas Drive, Wayne, NJ 07470 and is identified as Block 4507, Lot 5 by Township Tax Assessment Records. This application is on the referenced Board's public hearing agenda to be held October 6, 2025 at 7:30 p.m. at the Township of Wayne Council Chambers, Township Hall, 475 Valley Road, Wayne, N.J. 07470. Any interested person or persons shall have an opportunity to be heard upon such application, either by their own representation or by attorney. In addition, the Township intends to broadcast the meeting. Television access will be available on the local cable T.V. channel and on the Township's web site.
