PUBLIC NOTICE Weatherization Contractor Opportunities Weatherization Contractor Opportunties - Now Accepting Applications Warren-Washington- Issaquena-Sharkey Community Action Agency (WWISCAA) is inviting qualified contractors to participate in the DOE Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) for Program Year 2026. Work includes installation of energy efficient measures, minor health and safety repairsm HVAC work (where appicable), and related residential improvements, Home will be located in WWISCAA's service area, which includes Bolivar, Claiborne, Coahoma, Humphrey, Issaquena, Jefferson, Quitman, Sharkey, Sunflower, Tallahatchie, Warren, and Washington Counties. Interested parties may request Contractor Application Package by (mail, email, or office visit). REQUIRED SUBMISSION MATERIALS Completed Contractor Application Packet (request from WWISCAA) Copy of Mississippi Contractor's License (HVAC only) Proof of Insurances (general liablitity, worker's comp., EPA Lead Safe Renovator certification, bonding); pollution insurance can be aquired through the agency Statement of Qualifications summarizing relevant experience in residential construction, HVAC, insulation, or weatherization List of at least two professional references with contract information SUBMISSION DEADLINE Applications are accepted year round.
