PUBLIC NOTIFICATION FOR CLOMR The Colombia County and McCormick County intent to revise the flood hazard information, generally located between Furys Ferry Road and Seaboard Coast Line Railroad. The flood hazard revisions are being proposed as part of Conditional Letter of Map Revision (CLOMR) Case No. 25-04-2773R. for a proposed project along Savannah River. Mr. Miles is proposing to construct a single residential lot along the Savannah River. Once the project has been completed, a Letter of Map Revision (LOMR) request should be submitted that will, in part, revise the following flood hazards along Savannah River. 1. Base Flood Elevations will increase and decrease along Savanah River within the limits of McCormick County, South Carolina and Columbia County, Georgia. 2. The Special Flood Hazard Area will increase and decrease along Savannah River within the limits of McCormick County, South Carolina and Columbia County, Georgia.
