Public Notification Notice is hereby given that VK 2901 Samuel, LLC, has submitted a Remedial Investigation / Final Report for Soil and Groundwater to the Department of Environmental Protection, Southeast Regional Office, to demonstrate attainment of both the statewide health standard and the site-specific standard for a site located at 2901 Samuel Drive, Bensalem, Bucks County, Pennsylvania. VK 2901 Samuel, LLC has indicated that the remedial investigation measures taken have attained compliance with the statewide health standard and site-specific cleanup standard established under the Land Recycling and Environmental Remediation Standards Act (Act 2).
