We have claimed a legal repossession of your 2001 Fleetwood Manufactured Home Serial # AFLY22AB48328SC13 because you broke your promises in our agreement. On 12/5/25, at 6 pm, Seneca Savings Bank, N.A. will hold a Public Sale on the collateral located at 109 Montana Ln, Clifton Springs NY 14432. This sale is to enforce the rights of Seneca Savings Bank N.A. as the secured party arising under a Security Agreement executed with Amara Little & Chad Coble as debtors.
