Ruffin, Individually and as Administrator of the Estate of Crystal Y. Ruffin, Deceased, and his counsel of record, Patrick E. Halliday and Halliday McCall, in the Circuit Court of Peoria County. The cause is captioned, "Ronald L. Ruffin, Individually and as Administrator of the Estate of Crystal Y. Ruffin, Deceased, Plaintiff, v. Joseph L. Morgan, Defendant, Case No. 2024LA15.
