Putnam City High School Fine Arts Addition - Bid Package #2 Lingo Construction (Construction Manager), located at 1135 N. Robinson, Oklahoma City, OK 73103, 405-602-2100, will receive sealed bids for the Putnam City High School Fine Arts Addition - Bid Package #2 on Thursday, April 9th at 2:00 PM, CST. Bid Package #2 includes a ground-up addition of approximately 29,000 square feet at Putnam City Original High School, 5300 NW 50th Street, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The project will begin on May 26th, 2026, and must be finished by July 31st, 2027, at the latest, to facilitate move-in and preparation for the Fall 2027 semester. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following trades: selective demolition, earthwork, rammed aggregate piers, building concrete, polished concrete, masonry, ICF, structural steel, metal awnings, millwork, TPO roofing, building waterproofing, bleacher waterproofing, doors, frames, hardware, storefront, glazing, framing, drywall, acoustic ceilings, paint, flooring, signage, specialties, music equipment storage, fire suppression, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, low voltage, and fire alarm scopes of work per the plans and specifications prepared by Reed Architecture & Interiors. Please note the following: Bids are to be submitted by hard copy with supporting documentation to Lingo Construction's office, located at 1135 N. Robinson, Oklahoma City, OK 73103 per the Instructions to Bidders and Title 61 requirements, no later than 2:00 PM on Thursday, April 9th, and will be publicly opened.All bids must be submitted on Lingo Bid Form, to include all affidavits to be considered responsive.
