Public Notice to Bidders
The Putnam Valley Central School District ("District") hereby invites the submission of bids for the following:
Rubbish, Recycle and Roll Off Containers
July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027
Bid# 2026-0057
Proposals should be submitted through the BidLogiQ portal found at the Putnam Valley CSD Website (www.pvcsd.org) or directly at https://app.logiq.bid.
Proposals must be submitted no later than 12:00 p.m. on June 5, 2026.
All questions must be submitted via the BidLogiQ RFI module no later than 12:00 p.m. on May 27, 2026. Responses and any addenda will be issued through BidLogiQ. Only information provided through official addenda or RFI responses shall be binding. The District reserves the right to amend the bid at any time prior to the submission deadline.
The District reserves the right to evaluate proposals based on qualifications, experience, reputation in the A/V installation and maintenance industry, and the specific requirements outlined herein when awarding the contract.
The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, and accept any bid or portion of a bid it determines to be in the best interest of the School District.
