Putnam Valley Central School District Request for Proposals TUTORING SERVICES RFP-2026-0030 The Putnam Valley Central School District ("District") hereby invites the submission of proposals for Tutoring Services for the period July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2031, subject to annual review and renewal by the Board of Education. Proposals should be submitted through the BidLogiQ portal found at the Putnam Valley CSD Website (www.pvcsd.org) or directly at https://app.logiq.bid. Proposals must be submitted no later than 3:00 p.m. on June 3, 2026. All questions must be submitted via the BidLogiQ RFI module no later than 3:00 p.m. on May 27, 2026. Responses and any addenda will be issued through BidLogiQ. Only information provided through official addenda or RFI responses shall be binding. The District reserves the right to amend the RFP at any time prior to the submission deadline. The District reserves the right to consider qualifications, experience, and reputation in the Tutoring Services industry, as well as the specific qualifications of a proposer set out herein, in considering proposals and awarding the contract. The District reserves all rights, and may reject any or all proposals, as it may deem appropriate to do so.
