Railroad Borough Ordinance #2025-01 Tax Change Adoption and 2026 Budget Adoption
Railroad Borough, in regular session on December 16, 2025 adopted the 2026 Budget and the following ordinance:
Ordinance #2025-01 Change to Real Estate Tax Millage and Addition of Fire Department Relief Tax for the Fiscal Year 2026.
The ordinance will adjust the Real Estate Tax Millage rate from 0.69 mils to 1.38 mils and will add a Fire Department Relief Tax of 0.2 mils.
The full ordinance is available for inspection at the Borough Hall, 2 E Main Street, on Tuesdays during business hours. A copy will also be posted at the Railroad Post Office for your convenience.
