Regular Meeting Notice NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING OF HOUSING FINANCE AUTHORITY OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA - PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Housing Finance Authority of Lee County, Florida (the "Authority") will conduct a regular meeting on MONDAY, October 20, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. in the offices of Edison National Bank, River District, 2105 First Street, Fort Myers, Florida, 33901, at which time and place the following matters will be considered: Election of Officers. - Consider and approve the Minutes of the Public Hearing conducted on October 10, 2025, at the offices of Philip L. Burnett, PA, in accordance with the Tax Equity Fiscal Responsibility Act ("TEFRA") in connection with the Housing Finance Authority of Lee County Florida, as Issuer of its Multi Family Mortgage Revenue Bonds in an aggregate principal amount of not to exceed $20,000,000 for the Pine Echo Apartments Project. - Consider, discuss and vote on such agreements, resolutions, authorizations, funding, Interlocal Agreements, documents, and related matters as are necessary for the Authority to proceed with or amend its Own a Home Opportunity Program ("OAHOP") with Raymond James & Associates, Inc. and such other actions as may be appropriate. - Consider, discuss and approve the Authority's Financial Statements for 6/30/25 and consider and discuss the July and August Financial Statements (Monthly Internal Management Reports). - Consider, discuss and vote on the content of the Retainer Invoices submitted for payment by Counsel for the Authority. - Consider, discuss and possibly amend the Authority's Expense Reimbursement Policy and the Expense Report. - Consider, discuss and approve bills and invoices submitted to the Authority for approval and payment. - Such other matters as may come before the meeting, including but not limited to, discussion of the renewal of the E and O Policy with KEY Insurance & Financial Services LLC and approval of payment of the invoice for same. All interested parties are invited to attend and present their comments at the time and place set forth above.
