The Jewish Community Synagogue (JCS), a registered nonprofit organization in North Palm Beach, FL, is accepting bids from qualified and licensed vendors for federally funded security enhancement projects. Work includes the purchase and installation of an emergency generator compliant with FEMA's Authorized Equipment List (AEL 10GE-00-GENR) to ensure uninterrupted power for critical security systems during outages ($75,000), and the provision of professional armed contract security personnel to monitor, detect, and prevent potential threats or attacks on-site ($67,500). All equipment, personnel, and services must comply with FEMA's Nonprofit Security Grant Program (NSGP) standards and federal procurement requirements. Proposals must include a detailed scope of work, proof of licensing and insurance, confirmation of compliance with NSGP/AEL, total cost, proposed timeline, and at least two references for comparable projects or contracts.
