Request for Bid - Pipestem Health Building Roof Replacement OM3 Construction, Owner Representative for the Otoe-Missouria Tribe of Oklahoma will be accepting bids on behalf of the Otoe-Missouria Tribe, Health Services Department. Sealed Bids for the removal and replacement for the F. Browning Pipestem Wellness Building #8 ROOF located on the Otoe-Missouria Tribal campus, 8151 Highway 177, Red Rock, OK. SCOPE OF WORK: Contractor will provide all labor, material, and equipment for the complete removal of existing roof material down to the decking, replacing decking as necessary, providing and installing full-coverage 40mil high-temperature ice & water shield as underlayment, and providing and installing new Class IV Asphalt Shingle roof assembly including all necessary accessories and flashings to complete roofing installation, and providing and installing new 23-Guage Kynar (or equivalent) coated steel gutters and downspouts. Approximate Square Footage is 7,400 Square Ft. Approximate Linear Footage of Perimeter is 400 Ft. Prospective bidder is responsible for all field measurements. A mandatory site visit at the F. Browning Pipestem Wellness Building #8, Otoe-Missouria Tribal Campus, 8151 Highway 177, Red Rock, OK will be held July 24, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. CST. Questions due July 30, 2026 only from roofing companies that attend the mandatory site visit. Bids will be due August 14, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. CST by email only to annette.arkeketa@om3construction.com. Bids will be opened at that time. Telephone requests for information will not be accepted. Bid submitted will be held good and may not be withdrawn for a period of 90 calendar days from date of receipt. Bid will include state, federal, and local taxes. The successful bid will require a 100% Performance and Payment bond, General Liability, Workman's Compensation or exemption, and Vehicle Insurance. Warranties are required for workmanship and material. It will be the responsibility of prospective bidders to have all documents printed at their own cost. Bidders must be registered in active status on SAM.GOV. Other federal, state and tribal requirements may apply and will be provided in bid packet. Award is dependent upon funds available for project.
