Request for Bids – Isabel Town Hall 2026-1 Project: Isabel Town Hall Upgrades, Isabel Township, Fulton County, Illinois Site Address: 13481 E Duncan Mills St, Lewistown, IL Project Details: The project consists of the construction of a new 280-square-foot addition with an ADA-compliant bathroom and locked storage room along with repairs/upgrades to the existing Isabel Town Hall located at 13481 E Duncan Mills St, Lewistown, IL. The work will include, but is not limited to, foundation repairs, energy efficiency upgrades, cement, plumbing, and electrical. All bidders must comply with the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act and all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Bid Information: Bid packets with full bid details, site photographs, proposed design layouts, and estimated measurements may be picked up at Isabel Town Hall building. Email isabeltwp@gmail.com to request the bid packet in electronic form or to schedule a site visit. Sealed bids must be received by mail or delivered in person to the Township Supervisor or Clerk before February 9, 2026, by 6:00 PM. Electronic and late bids shall not be considered. All bids should be labeled with Bid 2026-1: Town Hall Upgrades on the outside of the envelope and mailed to Isabel Township, PO Box 68, Lewistown, IL 61542. All sealed bids shall be opened on February 10, 2026, during the regular board meeting at Isabel Town Hall starting at 6:00 PM.
