REQUEST FOR BIDS

REQUEST FOR BIDS Sealed Bids for the construction of the H. Fletcher Brown Boys and Girls Club Pool Infill & Interior Fit-out will be received, by BPGS Construction, LLC at 1000 N. West Street Wilmington, DE 19801, until 3:00 PM local time on October 29th, 2025, at which time the bids will be opened and reviewed. Construction is targeted to begin in December, 2025 and not before. The project consists of Demolishing existing tile/slab around indoor pool, demo selective misc. items, demo selective MEP, infill existing pool, pour new slab, install new basketball court and equipment, install turf workout area, install new lighting and selective MEP, install new acoustical and drywall ceiling clouds. The required work hours will be from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Bids will be received for a single prime contract. Bids shall be on lump sum basis per each scope package, contractors will have the ability to bid on multiple scopes of work using respective RFP forms within project bid link. Bid envelopes to be clearly marked "Sealed bid – H. Fletcher Brown Boys and Girls Club Pool Infill & Interior Fitout" The issuing office of the Bidding Documents is: BPGS Construction LLC at 1000 N. West Street Wilmington, DE 19801. To obtain Bidding Documents or for questions, contact Nick Ladd at nladd@bpgsconstruction.com. Bidding Documents will be available beginning October 6th, 2025. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered as the Bidders date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of the Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner, General Contractor, or Engineer will be responsible for full or partial set of Bidding Documents, including addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
