Request For MWBE/SDVOB Proposals on Impact Center & Renaissance Center Project Pike Construction Services is an EEO employer and is currently seeking New York State certified MBE/WBE/SDVOB subcontractors and vendors who can provide a commercially useful function to bid on the Impact Center & Renaissance Center project. West Street Lofts & Impact Center consists of a new 84,042 SF, 4-story, wood-framed building with 78 residential units and an integral 35,215 SF, 2-story, steel-framed community impact center with a gym. James St. Renaissance Center consists of a new 33,840 SF, 4-story, wood-framed building with 24 residential units on the upper 3 floors and commercial space on the 1st floor.
