Request for Proposal DENTAL CLASSROOM EQUIPMENT PROCUREMENT AND INSTALLATION (RW CRETEAU TECH CENTER) FOR ROCHESTER SCHOOL DISTRICT The Rochester School District is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide the procurement, delivery, and installation of dental training equipment for a classroom laboratory at the RW Creteau Tech Center. Bids will be accepted until 12:00 pm EST on Monday, 6 April, 2026. The bids will be opened publicly and read aloud at that time. Proposals shall be submitted to, Mr. Jared Fulgoni, Superintendent of Schools, Rochester School Department, 150 Wakefield Street, Suite 8, Rochester, New Hampshire 03867. Proposals must be submitted on the attached bid proposal form in sealed envelopes plainly marked Proposal for DENTAL CLASSROOM EQUIPMENT PROCUREMENT AND INSTALLATION (RW CRETEAU TECH CENTER) FOR ROCHESTER SCHOOL DISTRICT. Failure to properly mark the envelope may result in disqualification of the bid. The Rochester School District reserves the right to reject all bids, to award to other than the low bidder, and to waive any informalities in the bidding.
