REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL-LEASE OF EDUCATIONAL AND OFFICE SPACE-NORTH RIVER COLLABORATIVE-INDEPENDENCE ACADEMY Invitation to Submit Request for Proposal Lease of Educational and Office Space The North River Collaborative in Rockland, MA requests sealed requests for proposal for the lease of educational and office space beginning in July of 2026 and two to nine subsequent fiscal years by agreement/lease in accordance with the specifications, a hard copy of which may be obtained at the Administrative Office, 198 Spring Street in Rockland, MA, between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 3:30 P.M. Mondays through Fridays, excluding holidays. Requests for proposal will be received at the Administrative Office, 198 Spring Street in Rockland, MA, up until 12pm on March 9, 2026. The name and address of the bidder and the required contents of two envelopes as stated in the full request for proposal document shall be opened and publicly read aloud at that time. The Collaborative's procurement team reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any and all bids if it is deemed to be in the best interest(s) of the Collaborative.
