REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL RFP #27-138-01 Land Disposal for Wisconsin State Crime Lab Northcentral Technical College The Northcentral Technical College District is currently soliciting proposals for the purchase and development of property associated with the Wisconsin State Crime Laboratory project. Proposal documents will be made available on DemandStar beginning, Thursday, June 4, 2026. This Request for Proposals (RFP) and all related documents, including proposal forms, addenda, notices of intent to award, and final award notices, will be officially published through DemandStar, the online procurement and solicitation platform utilized by NTC. NTC does not guarantee direct notification to individual respondents or interested parties. Respondents are responsible for monitoring DemandStar for all updates, addenda, and notifications related to this RFP. If you are not a member, please register with DemandStar www.demandstar.com and check the website to ensure you have received all updates regarding this RFP. All proposals submitted must be guaranteed for a period of at least sixty (60) days following the date of proposal opening.
