Request for Proposal INVITATION TO PREQUALIFY AND BID: LEBOLO CONSTRUCTION, as the Construction Manager for the School District of Palm Beach County, is inviting trade contractors to prequalify and bid for the 2591-7100 SDPBC PLEASANT CITY ELEMENTARY– FACILITIES RENOVATIONS AND REPAIRS. The purpose is to perform interior renovations of existing buildings. This includes renovating restrooms, milling and resurfacing running track, door and hardware adjustments. The relocating restroom accessories and ADA signage will be replaced. The project will also involve upgrading plumbing fixtures and water coolers, replacing dampers and smoke detectors, and electrical for water coolers and mechanical equipment. Fire Alarm Panel will be replaced. SDPBC-certified SBE subcontractors and vendors are strongly encouraged to participate. SBE goal 25%. Start date Summer 2027. Bidders must be pre-qualified or have submitted a prequal package to LEBOLO before Due Date. Project bid documents are available via SmartBid.
