REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR RFP No. 25-26-214 MK FIREWORKS DISPLAY FOR 4TH ON FLAGLER The City of West Palm Beach is accepting proposals from responsible, qualified and experienced proposers to provide a fireworks display for 4th on Flagler 2026. The shooting site for the display will be from a barge placed in the Intracoastal Waterway along Flagler Drive in downtown West Palm Beach. The City has a budget of $115,000 for the fireworks display, rental of barge and security surrounding the barge. The fee for the display shall be all inclusive as no other charges will be paid.
