REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FRENSHIP ISD The Frenship Independent School District is soliciting proposals for: Construction Management-at-Risk (CMAR) for: Frenship ISD, Repurpose of Frenship Middle School as part of the District's 2024 Bond Program Request for Proposals (prepared according to the Instructions to Proposers) will be received until 2:00 PM local time, Tuesday, January 27, 2026, at: Parkhill Attn: Kyle Flusche Project Manager 4222 85th Street Lubbock, Texas 79423 The Proposals will then be opened and read aloud. Any proposals received after the deadline will be returned to the sender unopened. Digital documents will be available beginning Tuesday, January 6, 2026. These will be available for download at no charge and may be secured from Parkhill by emailing Lysha Ornelas, aornelas@parkhill.com. A Pre-Proposal conference will be held on January 15, 2026, at 1:00 P M, local time at Frenship Middle School, 500 Main St., Wolfforth, Texas 79382. Attendance by prospective bidders is encouraged, but not mandatory. The Frenship Independent School District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive all formalities.
