Request for Proposals The Thompson Board of Education is seeking Proposals from qualified law firms and/or individual attorneys to provide professional legal counsel and representation and to assist the Thompson Board of Education and Superintendent in the legal performance and discharge of their obligations to students, staff, and school patrons. Proposal documents are available at the Superintendent's Office, 785 Riverside Drive, North Grosvenordale, CT 06255 and at www.thompsonk12.org. (6) hard copies and (1) digital copy of sealed bids must be returned to the Thompson Public Schools, 785 Riverside Drive, North Grosvenordale, CT 06255, no later than 12:00pm on Friday, October 24, 2025. SEALED BID – ATTORNEY RFP must appear on the outside of the bid package envelope. Submissions received after the deadline will not be accepted. Bids will be opened on Friday, October 24, 2025 at 1:00pm in the Superintendent's Office. The Thompson Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, or any part thereof, and to waive any informality in the process to serve the best interests of Thompson Public Schools. All documents must be completely filled out when submitted. Prices must be firm for a period of one hundred and twenty (120) days following the bid opening.
