Request for Proposals The Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians is seeking proposals from qualified vendors that sell, install, and test the network end switch hardware and the wireless network access points as specified within the RFP for its new school campus on the Pearl River Reservation in Choctaw, Mississippi. The successful Vendor is expected to provide the specified equipment and related services to support Choctaw Tribal Schools (CTS) in provisioning a scalable, high-performance network to maximize the potential of these education facilities while minimizing the cost to CTS. The RFP outlines specific requirements for vendors, including a MANDATORY site visit prior to proposal submittal. Proposals must be sealed, clearly marked, and delivered as directed in the RFP to the project representative, Adam Morrison (adam.morrison@choctaw.org), no later than 5:00 p.m., local time, on Monday, December 8, 2025, at the administrative offices of CTS, 122 Division of Schools Drive, Choctaw, Mississippi 39350. Only proposals that are properly marked and received by the deadline will be opened. The RFP and supporting documentation are available for download, for a fee, at www.choctawbids.org. All inquiries regarding the project and the required work must be submitted according to the instructions provided within the RFP. Only proposals from vendors who have obtained the full RFP and supporting documentation as prescribed and have fulfilled the requirements stated therein will be considered.
