REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS NOTICE IS HEREBY given that electronic proposals only will be received by the TOWN OF FORT MYERS BEACH electronically through www.demandstar.com until 10:00 am LOCAL TIME on Wednesday, January 7, 2026. Proposals will be opened at 2:15 pm January 7, 2026 in Town Hall Council Chambers, 6231 Estero Blvd., Fort Myers Beach, FL 33931. Financial Auditing Services, RFP-26-04-FN BACKGROUND: The Town of Fort Myers Beach invites proposals from Professional Certified Public Accounting firms to perform audit functions for year-end financial statements for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2026, and financial statements for each of the two (2) subsequent fiscal years. During the contract period, the Town may identify projects in the Finance Department and will issue separate Supplemental Task Orders and Purchase Orders for each project associated with proposal. The official proposal documents and project specifications shall be obtained from www.demandstar.com. The Town of Fort Myers Beach reserves the right, in its sole judgment in the best interest of the Town of Fort Myers Beach, to waive any informalities in any proposals; to make award(s) including multiple awards; to waive any non-substantive, in Town's sole judgment, irregularity or technicality in proposals received, and/or to reject any or all proposals.
