REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS The City of Macomb is requesting proposals for asbestos remediation at 432 N Pearl Street - Macomb, IL 61455. Proposal specification packets are available at the City Clerk's Office, 232 East Jackson Street, Macomb, IL. The deadline for submitting bids is 10:00AM CST, Wednesday, July 29, 2026. Any questions must be submitted before July 22, 2026. No person or firm shall be refused or denied the right to submit a proposal on the grounds of race, creed, color, sex, national origin, handicap, or for any other reason prohibited by law. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any irregularities in the proposal process and to accept a proposal or combination of proposals which it deems to be in its best interest.
