Request for Proposals (RFP) – Painting Services The City of Beacon Housing Authority (BHA) is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified contractors for Painting Services of occupied apartments at its housing properties located in Beacon, NY. Bid Packets will be available beginning November 10, 2025, and may be obtained by emailing Veronica Schetter, Executive Director at vschetter@beaconhousingauthority.org. A non-mandatory pre-bid walkthrough will be held on November 24, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. Sealed bids are due no later than 1:00 p.m. on December 10, 2025. The BHA reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding process.
