REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) A nonprofit organization in Rochester, NY is seeking sealed bids to provide and install a FOB/credential-based electronic access control system at all access points. The project includes installation and training for access software, access control panels, access control readers, door licenses and subscriptions, and workstation(s) as needed. The selection criteria will be based on knowledge of equipment, prior experience, references, ability to work in an occupied facility, and cost. All interested firms will be required to provide a primary contact person, telephone number and email address. A mandatory site visit will be held on June 15, 2026 at 1:00pm (ET). Requests for Information period from now to June 22, 2026.
