REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATION Notice is hereby given that the Board of School Directors of the Beaver Valley Intermediate Unit (BVIU) is soliciting qualifications from qualified providers to provide a guaranteed energy-savings performance contract in accordance with Pennsylvania Acts 163, 57, 77 and 39 as described in Title 62, Subchapter E of Pa.
