Facilities Assessment Study
The Town of East Brookfield requires engineering and related consulting services to comprehensively review existing building structural, building envelope, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems, site condition and recreational asset conditions at Town facilities and identify items requiring rehabilitation, replacement and/or maintenance. The Town seeks statements of qualification from interested firms meeting the required qualifications.
East Brookfield has been awarded funds from the FY 2025 Massachusetts Executive Office of Livable Communities' Community Development Block Grant program to complete this study. The Town of East Brookfield encourages participation by respondents who are DBE/MBE/WBE or HUD Section 3 business enterprises.
The full Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for consulting services is available from the Central Massachusetts Regional Planning Commission (CMRPC) from the date of this notice until the due date specified below, in digital format via request to Andrew Loew at aloew@cmrpc.org. It is also available by appointment at CMRPC Monday-Friday from 9:00AM to 4:00PM at the address shown below. The Town of East Brookfield, awarding and contracting authority, reserves the right to reject any and all submittals if it is deemed in the best interests of the Town to do so.
Completed submittals in response to the RFQ are due no later than 4:00PM, Friday, August 14, 2026, at the Central Massachusetts Regional Planning Commission, 1 Mercantile Street, Suite 520, Worcester, MA 01609.
