REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS RFQ#2026-02 CM-at-Risk Services for the Design of the Florida Public Safety Institute Hotel Project The Public Safety Academy Housing, Inc. is seeking qualifications from interested firms to provide Construction Manager-at Risk Services for the construction of a new 154-room 63,000 GSF hotel, located on the Florida Public Safety Institute Campus, at 75 College Dr, Havana, Florida. The Construction Manager shall provide all Preconstruction Phase Services necessary to establish a GMP as well as all Construction Phase Services following Award of the GMP. To be eligible for consideration, all interested firms must, at the time of submission, be authorized to do business in the State of Florida; hold a Florida General Contractor license; provide proof of insurance coverage in accordance with RFQ requirements; demonstrate a capability to provide required Performance, Labor and Material Bonds; demonstrate appropriate financial strength; and have an acceptable history regarding litigation and defaults.
