REQUEST FOR STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS
for Employee Health, Dental, and Life Insurance Broker Services
Hancock County (County), Mississippi is requesting proposals from qualified proposers for the purpose of contracting with the County to be its broker and agent for employee health, dental, and life insurance benefits. The scope and requirement of these services as well as the information and proposal requirements are more fully stated in the RFQ for these services.
Proposals will be received by Hancock County at the office of the County Administrator at 854 Highway 90, Ste A, Bay St. Louis, Mississippi 39520, until 10:00 A.M. CT, Monday, August 3, 2026. Interested firms or entities may request the information for proposals from Jimmie Ladner at:

Proposals shall be submitted in a sealed package and plainly marked on the outside of the package "RFQ 2026 – Employee Health Insurance Broker/Consulting Services." The County expressly reserves all rights concerning the RFQ and proposals, reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to cancel the RFQ, to accept multiple proposals, to amend or clarify the RFQ, and all other rights concerning this RFQ.
This RFQ was approved and order by the Hancock County Board of Supervisors on July 6, 2026.
