Submission will be accepted only via email to: rfp.grant@saintgeorgeabq.org. Late tenders will not be accepted. Encouragement of Participation by Small, Minority, and Women-Owned Businesses The Hellenic Community of New Mexico encourages participation from small businesses, minority-owned businesses, women-owned businesses, veteran-owned businesses, and businesses located in historically underutilized areas as well as local contractors. Vendors may submit proposals for one or multiple RFP categories Vendors that qualify as such are strongly encouraged to submit proposals or to participate as partners or subcontractors. Offerors are requested to identify any certified small, minority-owned, women-owned, or disadvantaged business enterprises that will be used in performance of this contract and describe the nature and value of that participation. In accordance with 2 CFR 200.321, affirmative steps should be taken to assure that small and minority firms, women's business enterprises, and labor surplus area firms are used when possible. Certification under federal, state, or recognized third-party programs (e.g., SBA, WBENC, or NMSDC) will be accepted as evidence of status. The Hellenic Community of New Mexico recognizes that diversity in its supplier base strengthens project performance and economic impact. All qualified firms, regardless of size or ownership demographics, are welcome and encouraged to compete.
