Resolution to Extend Deadline for Submissions On a motion made by Councilman Matt Milim and seconded by Councilman Saleem Hussain resolved receipt of letter from Patrick Normoyle Excelsior Housing Group, LLC regarding extension of time to submit Request for Expression of Interest (RFEI) regarding Town Hall Project, dated September 30, 2025, and approval to extend the deadline for submissions to November 10, 2025.
