RFP 25-03 E-Rate Local Area Network (LAN) Network Switches Refresh. NOTICE TO BIDDERS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Stockton Unified School District of San Joaquin County, California, acting by and through its Governing Board, hereinafter referred to as the DISTRICT will receive sealed proposals for the award of a contract for: RFP No. 25-03 E-Rate Local Area Network (LAN) Network Switches Refresh. Scope: The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to provide the Stockton Unified School District with network switches updating as per the requirements of the District in a cost-effective manner. PLACE FOR SUBMITTING BIDS: Bids shall be received in the Technology and Innovation Services Department, ATTN: Dr. Paoze Lee, of the Stockton Unified School District located at 56 S. Lincoln St., Stockton, CA 95203 not later than 3:00 o'clock p.m. of the 6th day of February 2026. Each bid must conform and be responsive to the contract documents, copies of which may be obtained on or after December 29, 2025, at the Technology and Innovation Services Department of the Stockton Unified School District. There will be a mandatory site walk on January 14th, 2026, at 1932 El Pinal Dr., Stockton, CA 95205 from 11-12PM. Vendors who do not attend this meeting will not be allowed to bid on this project. REQUIREMENTS FOR BID: Bids must be submitted on the Bid Form provided by the district and included in the bid documents. Each bid must strictly conform with and be responsive to this Notice Inviting Bids, the Instructions for Bidders, and other Contract Documents. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any bids or in the bidding. Except as provided in Public Contract Code Section 5100 et seq., no bidder may withdraw a bid for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after the opening of the bids. ADDITIVE AND DEDUCTIVE ALTERNATES: If the District requires that bids include additive or deductive alternates, the Bid Form and Special Conditions will describe the specific alternates required. If no method for determining the lowest bid is specified, the award of the contract for the Project shall be based on the lowest base bid.
