REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) NO. 26-001
LEASE OF THE SEBRING MUNICIPAL GOLF COURSE PROPERTY
The City of Sebring is requesting sealed proposals from qualified respondents for the lease of the Sebring Municipal Golf Course property, located at 3122 & 3150 Golfview Road, Sebring, FL 33870.
Interested parties must submit proposals in accordance with the requirements, terms, and conditions set forth in RFP No. 26-001. Copies of the RFP documents are available at the City Hall, 368 S. Commerce Avenue, Sebring, FL 33870, or may be downloaded from the City's website at www.mysebring.com.
Sealed proposals must be clearly marked "RFP No. 26-001 – Sebring Municipal Golf Course Lease" and delivered to the City of Sebring Purchasing Office, Attn: Jamee Cook, 368 S. Commerce Ave., Sebring, FL 33870 no later than 3:00 p.m., Monday, January 12, 2026 at which time they will be publicly opened. Proposals received after this time will not be accepted.
The Sebring City Council reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or any parts thereof; and the award; if an award is made, will be made to the most responsible proposer whose bid and qualifications indicate that the award will be in the best interest of the City of Sebring. The city reserves the right to waive irregularities in the bid.
