RFP NO. 25-04 MONTAUBAN OFFICE BUILDING TO CORE WAN. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Stockton Unified School District of San Joaquin County, California, acting by and through its Governing Board, hereinafter referred to as the "District", will receive sealed proposals up to, but not later than 3:00pm on February 6th, 2026, for the award of a contract for RFP NO. 25-04 E-RATE MONTAUBAN OFFICE BUILDING TO CORE WAN. Scope: The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to provide the District with a qualified E-Rate Data Transmission Service Provider as per the requirements of the District in a cost-effective manner. Sealed proposals shall be received in the Technology and Innovation Services Department of the District located at 56 S. Lincoln Street, CA 95203 with attention to Dr. Paoze Lee. There will be an optional site walk meeting on January 14, 2026, at 1932 El Pinal Dr., Stockton, CA 95205 from 1-2PM. Each proposal must conform and be responsive to the contract documents, copies of which may be obtained on or after December 29, 2025, at the Purchasing Department of the District, or downloaded at https://www.Stocktonusd.net/Domain/155 or from USAC's E-rate Productivity Center at https://www.usac.org/e-rate/ The District reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, waive any informality, and to be the sole judge of the responsibility of any bidder and of the suitability of the equipment, supplies, and/or services offered.
