Sealed Bids for River Run Park Maintenance Building Bid 26-08 Sealed bids will be received by the City of Northport, Alabama, a Municipal Corporation, in the Council Chambers in the City Hall, 3500 McFarland Boulevard, on the 14th day of April, 2026, until 10:00, a.m., o'clock, local time, for the River Run Park Maintenance Building, and then publicly opened and read for the furnishing of all labor and material (where required) and equipment for performing a public works project, according to the plans, details, specifications and Contract Documents. The non-mandatory prebid conference shall be held on Tuesday, March 31st, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. in the Council Chambers at City of Northport, City Hall. The pre-bid conference is for the purpose of reviewing the project and answering Bidder's questions. Final plans, specifications, and contract documents will be available for examination on Thursday, March 19th, 2026 at the office of Chambless King Architects, LLC., located at 2421 2nd Ave N Ste 1, Birmingham, AL 35243 .
