Section 106 Public Notice Homeland Towers, LLC proposes to construct a 115-foot-tall Monopine tower located at 276 Brewery Road, New City, Rockland County, NY 10956. Parcel ID: 89/51.12-3-30.1 at Latitude N41° 7' 50.86", Longitude W73° 58' 19.19". Homeland Towers, LLC seeks comments from all interested persons on the impact of the tower on any districts, sites, buildings, structures, or objects significant in American history, architecture, archaeology, engineering, or culture, that are listed or eligible for listing in the National Register of Historic Places. Specific information about the project, including the historic preservation reviews that Homeland Towers, LLC is conducting pursuant to the rules of the Federal Communications Commission (47 C.F.R.
