SECURED PARTY'S SALE OF FURNISHINGS, FIXTURES AND EQUIPMENT RUSTICO, LLC 62 MARION ROAD, LLC Pursuant to the Uniform Commercial Code; the terms of the Security Agreement dated December 18, 2023 by and between New England Certified Development Corporation and Rustico, LLC; and the terms of the Mortgage and Security Agreement dated December 18, 2023 by and between New England Certified Development Corporation and 62 Marion Road, LLC, each of which the US Small Business Administration is the holder, New England Certified Development Corporation as authorized liquidating agent for the US Small Business Administration, as Secured Party offers for sale all furniture, fixtures, and equipment of the pizza restaurant. For breach of the Security Agreement and Mortgage and Security Agreement and for purpose of sale the same will be offered for Private Sale. Secured Party hereby solicits written bids for sale of business assets of said Rustico, LLC and 62 Marion Road, LLC. Submit written bids no later than October 1, 2025 in care of Attorney Jane M.
