Shiloh Baptist Church NonProfit Security Grant El Paso, Texas 79923. Purpose: To improve the Internal/External security of the Church. Church leadership consided all alternatives to meet objectives and the items listed below were deemed most viable. Project Initiatives: -Internal/external video surveillance -Reinforce external doors -Church security training -Fencing of church parking lot -Lighting of church parking lot Considerations: -Per El Paso Planning & Inspections Department, the church is located in a flood plain, however, this project does comply to local and state flood plain protection standandards and does not impact BFE.
