Solicitation for Bids SOLICITATION FOR BIDS OUHSC Cyclotron – Public Bid Notice J.E. Dunn Construction Company, hereinafter referred to as the CM (Construction Manager), will receive bids in care of the OUHSC Oklahoma University Health Science (OUHSC) Cyclotron at the location noted below at 2:00 PM CST. J.E. Dunn will be receiving bids for the following trade packages: BP11R1 – Radiation Protection BP19 – Concrete BP20 – Structural Steel (Fabrication & Erection) BP21 – Doors, Frames & Hardware BP22 – Specialties The bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope plainly marked and addressed in the upper right-hand corner to: University of Oklahoma Health Science J.E. Dunn Construction JE Dunn Construction 1204 N. Hudson Ave. Suite 200 Oklahoma City, OK 73103 On the day of the bid, hand-delivered Bid Submissions shall be delivered to the 2nd floor of JE Dunn Construction Office, Room 1907. The name and address of the bidder shall appear on the lower right corner of the envelope along with the bid package number and description. The bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the above-mentioned location immediately following the closing time stated above. Bids received after the stated time or more than 72 hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, before the stated time will not be accepted. For bids more than $50,000, required bid security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall accompany the sealed proposal of each bidder. Reference Front End Documents for additional information. After the scheduled closing time for bids, for a period of thirty (30) days, no bids may be withdrawn.
