AL 26-002 ALAMAR CFD PHASE 5 DYSART ROAD WATERLINE IMPROVEMENTS PHASE 2 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Brookfield Lakin LLC ("Owner") will receive sealed bids until Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at Brookfield Residential, c/o Christian Orr, 14648 N. Scottsdale Road, Suite 290, Scottsdale, AZ. Bids must be clearly labeled with the solicitation number and bidder information. Late bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened and read aloud immediately following the deadline at the same location. A virtual option will be available upon request. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held Tuesday, June 2, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the Alamar construction trailer, 4714 S. El Mirage Road, Avondale, AZ. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Installation of approximately 1,735 LF of 16-inch waterline in Dysart Road, including all appurtenances, cathodic protection, and APS effluent line crossing. This project is associated with the Alamar Community Facilities District; however, the contract will be with Brookfield Lakin LLC and not the City of Avondale or Alamar Community Facilities District. This procurement is conducted in a manner consistent with public competitive bidding practices to support CFD reimbursement.
