TAKE NOTICE that on the 16th day of September 2025, at 7:00 o'clock p.m., a hearing will be held before the Springfield Township Land Development Board at the Municipal Building at 2159 Jacksonville-Jobstown Road, Jobstown, NJ 08041 on the application of the undersigned for interpretation of the meaning of the phrase "commercial scale" in Ordinance § 215-96(B)(3) and an appeal of the denial of a zoning permit by the Springfield Township Zoning Officer as to the
premises located at 85 Cedar Lane Extension Road, Springfield Township and designated as Block 303, Lot 30 on the Springfield Township Tax Map.
This application seeks an interpretation of the phrase "commercial scale" in Township Ordinance § 215-96(B)(3) and the appeal is with respect to the denial of a zoning permit regarding the property located at 85 Cedar Lane Extension Road, Springfield Township, NJ, and designated as Block 303, Lot 30 on the Township Tax Map. More specifically, the applicant is appealing as it was denied a zoning permit seeking to reconstruct a building on its property that burned. The Applicant seeks to rebuild the building for the care and raising of rabbits.
The following described documents are on file in the office of the Municipal Clerk and are available for inspection at the Municipal Building located at 2159 Jacksonville-Jobstown Road, Jobstown, NJ 08041, Monday through Friday during the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.: 1. Notice of Appeal; 2. Letter Brief and exhibits in support of request for interpretation of Ordinance § 215-
96(B)(3) and appeal (including decision being appealed); 3. Completed and signed Zoning Board Application; 4. Survey; 5. Deed; and
