St Clair Housing Commission Closing Waiting List

Effective July 1, 2026, the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program waiting list will be permanently closed. The St. Clair Housing Commission will no longer administer the Housing Choice Voucher Program after this date. The Housing Commission is accepting applications for its Public Housing waiting lists for 1 and 2-bedroom units. Applications for the Public Housing Program may be obtained at the St. Clair Housing Commission office, 400 South Third Street, St. Clair, MI 48079, or online at stclairhousingcommission.org. Completed applications may be returned by mail, drop box, fax, or email to stclairhousing@stclairhousingcommission.org.
