Settlor resided at 2071 West Birch Hill Drive, Kimball Twp., MI 48074 at the time of his death. There is no personal representative of Settlor's estate to whom Letters of Authority have been issued and no probate estate is anticipated. Creditors of the Settlor are notified that all claims against the Settlor or the Richard L. Davies Trust under Agreement dated November 10, 2021 will be forever barred unless presented to Danielle Whitman, Successor Trustee, and/or Attorney Marc W.
