There is no personal representative of the Settlor's estate to whom Letters of Authority have been issued and at this time it is not expected that an estate will be opened. Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against Robert C. Kempf or the Trust under Agreement dated April 13, 1985 in which Robert C.
